Integrations using applied kinesiology/ muscle testing, asking helpful questions, and energetic field work to clear different blocks, this creates space for unlimited possibilities.

Parenting and Inner Child Healing
I offer conscious parenting and am a parent educator with Circle of Security Inc. and trained in several parenting programs. 1 on 1 and groups.

So often we are adults walking around with parts within needing to be integrated (inner child) there are ways to do this that is gentle and effective.
